Return and Refund Policy

Terms of Return

You may return any unused and undamaged items purchased from Cedar By Singhs within 15 days of the purchase date.

State of Return

Returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged and with proper original packaging.

Reason for Return

We accept returns for reasons including but not limited to damaged products or receiving the wrong item.

Process for Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  cedarbysinghs@gmail.com Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Process of Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
