Refund policy

At Cedar by Singhs, every product is handcrafted in small batches—many are customized, engraved, or made to order. Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects.

✅ When Are Returns Accepted?

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged in transit, or
  
  

• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect
  
  

To be eligible:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  
  

• You must provide a full unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened)
  
  

⚠️ Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be processed without an unboxing video.

🔄 How to Request a Return or Refund

• Your Order ID
  
  

• Clear images of the damaged product and outer packaging
  
  

• The unboxing video
  
  

After verification:

• A replacement will be issued (subject to availability), or
  
  

• A refund will be processed via your original payment method
  
  

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products
  
  

• Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
  
  

• Products that show signs of use
  
  

• International orders (no returns/exchanges accepted)
  
  

🌍 International Orders

• We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders under any circumstances.

• Due to customs, logistics, and product nature, all international sales are final.

• Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.

💸 Refund Method

• Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method (within 7–10 business days of approval)
  
  

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded as store credit
  

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Defective (under warranty): Free return shipping (within 2 years of purchase)
  
  

• Lifetime repair or non-warranty return: Customer pays for shipping
